Baked Potato Recipe


  • Large Sebago potato(es) (depending on how many you want)
  • ½ cup grated cheddar cheese
  • ½ onion, diced
  • 2 tablespoons sour cream
  • Black pepper
  • Sea salt


  1. Set the oven to 200° C.
  2. Wash the potatoes and pierce them evenly with a fork. Transfer them to the microwave and cook on high for 2 minutes.
  3. Cut open the potato at the top and gently scoop out the insides
  4. Mash the removed potato and add in the diced onion and some salt and pepper.
  5. Take this mixture and put it inside of the remaining potato skins.
  6. Sprinkle some cheese on top of each potato and and bake in the oven until the potatoes are golden brown.
